There’s a new kid on the block.  I invented it, and named it “Neuroliminal”.  It’s simple to use and costs a small fraction of the cost of clinical Neurofeedback (AKA EEG and HEG Biofeedback).

Neurofeedback (aka EEG biofeedback) has over the past 40 years been proven to be the most effective “brain training” for virtually allmental or brain problems, including::

ADD/ADHD//Autism
Depression
Insomnia
Epilepsy
Anxiety
Schizophrenia
Addictions
PTSD
Fibromyalgia

When combined with HEG Biofeedback, the results for Autism, Stroke Recovery, and Brain Damage are considerably improved.  (Many of the more serious ADD/ADHD cases are closer to the Autism area and misdiagnosed).

Such a biofeedback combination (called Neurofeedback) is now used by many clinicians for all the above.  The only real drawback is cost.  The EEG and HEG electronic machines are expensive, and clinicians charge from a low of $75 up to $250 per half hour session.  Typical number of sessions for ADD/ADHD is 40-60. with an average cost of $4000.

"Asserting Leadership"

Asserting is a great tool that works to make you a leader in any area of life. Assertiveness means you will speak up at what time importance arrives at your door. Assertiveness also means that you will speak out in a tone that lets people know you are serious about what you have to say.

At what time a person uses assertiveness he/she is on the road to employing leadership qualities into his life. Assertiveness helps the person to move forward, by bringing other qualities such as confidence, self-assurance, self-esteem, and the like. A true leader has the ability to command and to influence others.
