My Spanish Coach was very dissappointing, although it might be because I am adult. It is definitely designed only for children which is not necessarily a bad thing. This game rewards “points” for silly achievements and not for any kind of real learning. The games themselves are structured poorly for understanding or memory and are more focused on playing with the toy. It is definitely a more educational game than most, but not something to be taken seriously for learning Spanish.

WHEN YOU BEGIN THE GAME A TEST IS GIVEN. AT THE END OF THE TEST THE GAME DECIDES WHICH LEVEL YOU WILL START YOUR TRAINING INSTEAD OF LETTING THE PLAYER DECIDE. IT DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT THE PLAYER MIGHT HAVE GUESSED THEIR WAY THROUGH THE TEST. THE DIFFERENT GAMES ARE A GOOD EXERCISE PRACTICE.

I got this game for myself with my holiday money hoping for something educational. Not only is it boring, but I only learned a few words I barely remember. I think it is more of an older person game so if you really need to learn spanish and have a great attention span I think you are the only exception to getting this game. Otherwise it is to words, AW FUL!
